Browsing the Site, reviewing its description of services, or submitting an inquiry through the Contact page or any other form does not create an agent-client, advisory, or other representation relationship between you and Aura, and does not obligate Aura to offer or accept representation. Any actual representation — including contract advisory services for NFL players, NIL or marketing representation, or coaching representation — is established solely through a separate, signed agreement and, where applicable, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant governing body (for example, NFLPA contract advisor certification for the negotiation of NFL veteran and rookie contracts).
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to submit an inquiry on your own behalf. If you are a minor (for example, a high school recruit under the age of eighteen), a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and submit the inquiry on your behalf, or jointly with you.

By submitting information through the Site — including your name, contact details, school or team, and message — you represent and warrant that such information is accurate and that you possess the right to disclose it (including, in the case of a parent or guardian submitting on behalf of a minor, the authority to do so). Aura may use submissions as described in its Privacy Policy. You should not submit confidential or sensitive information that you are not authorized to disclose, or that is subject to an existing representation or confidentiality agreement with another party.
The Site and its content — including all text, graphics, logos, the Aura Sports Group name and marks, photographs, video, and design — are owned by or licensed to Aura and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content, or use Aura's name or marks, without Aura's prior written consent.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including news coverage and social media, for your convenience. Aura does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and the inclusion of a link does not constitute or imply Aura's endorsement of that site.
Content on the Site — including statistics, program descriptions, and general information concerning NFL, college, NIL, recruiting, or coaching representation — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, immigration, NCAA/NIL compliance, or career advice. You should not rely on Site content in lieu of advice from a qualified professional familiar with your particular circumstances, including your school's or state's NIL and eligibility rules.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AURA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY STATISTICS, RESULTS, OR ACHIEVEMENTS DESCRIBED ON THE SITE WILL BE REPLICATED FOR ANY PARTICULAR CLIENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Aura may amend these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Aura's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with Aura's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura with respect to your use of the Site.
